The water-based gravure printing ink for plastic flexible packaging printing is made by acrylic acid and polyurethane series emulsion. This series of water-based ink products are  widely used for the continuous gravure and flexographic printing on the substrates of plastic films, including polyethylene film (PE), gas-permeable film, polypropylene film (BOPP, OPP), polyester film (PET), thermal shrinkage film (PVC, OPS), nylon film (PA) and biodegradable film (PLA), as well as copy paper and aluminium foil. The application fields of the products mainly include plastic bag printing, sanitary product printing, flexible packaging printing, and food flexible packaging printing.

Printing viscosity: 8-12 seconds /Zahn 4#Cup

Oven: ideal length 1.4-2.5m, hot air temperature: 50-80°C

Recommended plate depth: 15-25μm (colored); 25- 35μm (white)

Increased chrome hardness by 80 or more; Printing speed: 50-240m/min;

optimal speed 110-1 80m/min

2、Flexographic printing machine

Instructions for use

Stir the product evenly before use to ensure consistent product composition. Detect and adjust the product viscosity and pH value and verify the color. During operation, try to keep the water-based ink in dynamic state motion to prevent ink from skinning or pasting plate

*Tension requirements of printing substrate: the surface tension should be 38 dyne or more (for some films, 40 dynes or more)

* Commonly used additives: thinner/ mixture of water and alcohol; PH stabilizer/ CC9010; defoamer/ CC9021
